Het kantoor beschikt over een uitstekend team van specialisten in vennootschaps- en financieel recht. Het team wordt geleid door Patrick DE WOLF en Fabian TCHÉKÉMIAN.
Het team spitst zich toe op transacties (private equity, kapitaalmarkttransacties, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, aandelenoptieplannen, due diligence-procedures, aandelenoverdrachten) en op herstructureringen (fusies, splitsingen, inbreng of verkoop van bedrijfstakken, omvorming in een andere vennootschapsvorm). De talrijke grensoverschrijdende transacties worden ondersteund door de Amerikaanse en Italiaanse desks en de vestiging te Kinshasa.
Het team verdedigt hun cliënteel ook in ondernemingsrechtelijk en financiële geschillen. Hierbij gaat het om gerechtelijke of arbitrageprocedures die verband houden met aandeelhoudersconflicten, de aansprakelijkheid van bestuurders of geschillen in verband met de uitvoering van aandelenoverdrachten. Overeenstemmend met de filosofie van het kantoor geven de advocaten van het team de voorkeur aan arbitrage of bemiddeling wanneer dat mogelijk is.
Het team bestaat uit advocaten met uiteenlopende achtergronden, waaronder leden van de balie van New York. Zij heeft kennis van de Anglo-Amerikaanse markt die de grote transacties domineert.
