DALDEWOLF’s China Desk team has assisted 5ELEM, located in Jiangsu, China, one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality woven jacket hoses and rubber-covered hoses in the world, in relation to the acquisition of the majority of the shares in NordiTube Technologies SE, the global leading technology provider for trenchless pipe rehabilitation, with an own production site in Belgium for Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liners.
The deal team consisted of DALDEWOLF partner Fabian Tchékémian and Head of the China Desk team Ava (Xiufang) Tu.
