DALDEWOLF counts two new partners as of July 1st, 2022: Laetitia De Smet (Corporate and Financial Law) and Anaïs Guillerme (European Law and Competition).
Laetitia De Smet has been a member of the Brussels bar since 2007. Within the Corporate and Financial Law team, Laetitia is active in acquisitions, restructurings, liquidations and financing transactions – both on the domestic and international markets. She has developed in-depth expertise in M&A as well as in the management of disputes between shareholders or the liability of directors. « Laetitia has built a solid reputation with our most demanding clients. Anaïs Guillerme has been a member of the Paris and Brussels bars since 2013. Within the European Union law team, headed by Thierry Bontinck, Anaïs has developed unique expertise, particularly in the management of European financing contracts, as well as in the functioning of the European agencies. She is also a recognized expert in European and international civil service law. She regularly pleads before the courts of member states and of the European Union.
