In order to strengthen the quality of its services and a sustained growth of its clientele, the DALDEWOLF office in Kinshasa is now organized into two divisions: one for litigation and the other for corporate law. Valéry-Giscard MUBIALA MALELA is a member of the Kinshasa/Matete bar (Democratic Republic of Congo, 2005). He is active in litigation. A respected pleader, Valéry practices daily in various areas of litigation in the DRC, particularly in commercial litigation, banking litigation, labor litigation, land and real estate litigation and business criminal law. Moreover, having been a bank lawyer for more than two years in Kinshasa, he masters banking law, security law and company law. « Valéry’s promotion is a reflection of the respect his career inspires. Guélord MOSAU MBOMBO is a lawyer at the Bar of Kinshasa/Matete (Democratic Republic of Congo, 2018). He practices business law and public law in the Kinshasa office. He joined the legal profession after several years of professional experience within Congolese private companies and provincial public establishments in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Provincial Government of the Oriental Province), which enabled him to develop an extensive experience in OHADA law, public procurement law and mining law.
