Public and Administrative Law

The public and administrative law team, headed by Emmanuel van Nuffel, is mainly active in public economic law.

It assists its clients, both public and private, in the areas of activity where the public interacts with the private sector, namely public contracts, concessions, occupation of public property, regulated activities and services of general economic interest.

It is also closely involved in the work of the European law and competition team on domestic and European regulated markets (communications, transport, energy).

Its lawyers are also involved in the protection of fundamental rights (jurisdictional protection, privacy, freedom of expression, freedom of movement, freedom of enterprise) and practice constitutional and administrative litigation.
