Dominique BOGAERT is a member of the French Speaking Brussels Bar (1988). She is a partner at DALDEWOLF, member of the Economic Law team and heads the Italy Desk.

Dominique specialises in commercial contract law and, in particular, distribution and commercial intermediation contracts (agency, concession, franchise, exclusive distribution, sui generis contracts). Dominique has developed a particular expertise in the specific sectors of medical devices, food supplements and cosmetic products. She also assists actors and entities of the non-market sector (ASBL, AISBL and foundations).  Her knowledge of the Italian language and culture leads her to assist Belgian and Italian companies in activities involving both countries.
