The firm’s Italy Desk, whose members are familiar with the transalpine business spirit and culture, provides legal assistance, in Italian, to Italian companies operating in Belgium or seeking to establish themselves there.

The team has specific skills that meet the needs of the Italy Desk’s clients in the following recurring areas: commercial intermediation (agency, distribution, franchising, commission), international sales, licensing agreements, acquisition and creation of companies (including joint subsidiaries with shareholder agreements), assistance to start-ups, etc.

Requests for assistance come from key sectors of the Italian economy such as the food, pharmaceutical, fashion and furniture industries and industrial engineering. We provide both advisory and litigation services, with an emphasis, where appropriate, on alternative dispute resolution.
