Marc DAL est vice-bâtonnier de l’Ordre français des avocats du barreau de Bruxelles (2024-25). Associé au sein du cabinet DALDEWOLF, il en co-dirige le département Arbitrage, Litiges complexes et Médiation. Il est aussi membre du département Droit des sociétés et financier.

Marc DAL est spécialisé en gestion des litiges, plaidant dans le cadre de procédures judiciaires et d’arbitrage. C’est en qualité de conseil et comme arbitre (co-arbitre, arbitre unique ou arbitre-président), qu’il a participé à plus de cinquante procédures d’arbitrage tant institutionnelles (y compris la CCI, le CEPANI) qu’ad hoc, (régies pour le droit civil, le common law ou encore par le droit international). Marc est membre du conseil d’administration du Centre belge d’arbitrage et de médiation (CEPANI). Régulièrement Marc intervient dans des litiges civils et commerciaux complexes devant les juridictions belges.
