Harold is Senior Legal & Corporate Finance Advisor at DALDEWOLF. He is a member of the Corporate and Financial Law team and the Project & Corporate Finance (DRC) team, as well as of the OHADA Desk.

Harold received legal educations both in Belgium and the USA. Before joining DALDEWOLF as a  Senior Legal & Corporate Finance Advisor, Harold practiced as a law practitioner for 27 years, including as a partner at the US law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP for 4 years and as a corporate finance partner at the British law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP for 10 years.
