The ethics and discipline of the regulated professions are areas of expertise that several of the firm’s partners have been practising for many years, either by writing articles on doctrine or case law, or by advising orders and associations, or by acting as counsel for members of these professions in disciplinary proceedings or as a neutral third party to resolve conflicts.
