Patrick De Wolf is a member of the Brussels Bar (1986) and the Kinshasa/Matété Bar (2020). He is a partner at DALDEWOLF. He is a senior partner of the firm. He co-heads the Corporate and Financial Law team.

Patrick is a specialist in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, as well as in national and international arbitration. He is a lecturer at UCLouvain and a former member of the Brussels Bar Council (2010-2013). He is the author or co-author of numerous articles and specialised books and a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. His transactional and arbitration practice as well as his knowledge of OHADA law, regularly calls him in Africa, especially in Central Africa, in the context of investment, restructuring or arbitration cases involving private or public actors.
