Laetitia KALO has been a member of the Kongo Central Bar since 2014. She is a Senior Associate at DALDEWOLF, working with both the Corporate and Financial Law team and the Mining & Quarrying (DRC) team.
Laetitia specializes in Mining and Quarrying Law. She frequently assists with procedures for obtaining mining and quarrying licenses and ensures that companies comply with commercial law requirements under the mining code and its implementation measures. Her work includes transforming and maintaining the validity of mining titles, conducting due diligence on the validity of mining and quarrying titles, handling subleasing, managing securities (such as mortgages and pledges), and overseeing transfers, including options, assignments, and transfers.
