Robert DE BAERDEMAEKER is a member of the Brussels Bar (1979). He is Of Counsel at DALDEWOLF. He heads the Employement Law team.
He specialises in labour law, criminal (labour) law, social security law and financial criminal law. He covers both individual and collective social rights, issues related to employment contracts, secondment, remuneration, work rules, working hours, safety and welfare, reassignments, dismissals, restructuring and collective disputes.
In the field of social security, Robert is particularly interested in the various aspects of the social status of workers, including ‘bogus self-employment’.
Robert De Baerdemaeker was President of the French Bar Association of Brussels from 2006 to 2008.
For almost 25 years, Robert De Baerdemaeker has been a columnist in social law for the newspaper L’Echo and is the author of more than 500 articles.
