Aude Mahy is a member of the Brussels Bar (2004). She is a partner and Co-Managing Partner at DALDEWOLF. She heads the Food & Beverage team.
Aude has developed a combined expertise in commercial law and Belgian and European food law. She assists food companies in matters relating to strategic issues such as nutrition and health claims, labelling, advertising, food crisis management, food supplements, market practices, distribution networks and supply chain liability issues. In this capacity, she regularly represents her clients in court and before regulatory authorities. Aude is a recognised expert in her field and her food law practice has been consistently ranked as a “Tier-1” by the Legal 500 legal directory since 2013.
