European and International Civil Service

The firm has a dedicated European and international civil service practice. The specialist lawyers assist civil servants, employees, but also European agencies and international organisations, staff bodies and committees.

We advise both individuals and institutions on human resources issues. Particular support is provided to agencies and organisations in acquiring best practice and in managing technical or sensitive cases.

Members of the team have extensive experience in representing clients in administrative and disciplinary proceedings, as well as in the pre-litigation and litigation (before the European Union Tribunal and other international courts) that these matters generate.

A monthly newsletter is dedicated to the European civil service (The Offici@l). An annual conference dedicated to this subject is also organised.
