Lucie MARCHAL is a lawyer registered with the French and Belgian bar associations. She is an associate at the Brussels office of the DALDEWOLF law firm. Lucie contributes her expertise to the European Union Law department the European and International Civil Service sector.
Lucie advises her clients on competition law, both in advisory and litigation matters (anticompetitive practices, mergers, state aid). She possesses excellent knowledge of issues related to the application of competition law to professional organizations.
Thanks to her deep expertise in European institutional mechanisms as well as European Union law, she also provides insightful advice to companies dealing with legal and strategic questions at the European Union level, especially concerning contract management, European financing, sanctions, and European civil service.
