Marie-Louise WETETO is a member of the French-speaking Order of Lawyers of the Brussels Bar (2024). She has been an associate at the DALDEWOLF law firm since that date.
Marie-Louise is a member of the Corporate and Financial Law team.
After five years of experience in Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo) in the Tax & Legal department of a Big Four firm, where she practiced OHADA law (commercial and corporate law) as well as mining and quarrying law, Marie-Louise now practices in Brussels.
She is involved in all stages of a company’s life, both in advisory and litigation roles, including drafting legal opinions, contracts, and other corporate documents (such as statutes and share transfer agreements), as well as managing corporate restructurings and liquidations.
As a member of the OHADA Desk team, Marie-Louise is active in corporate law, joint ventures, contracts, and transactions, working with Belgian clients and those looking to implement projects in Francophone Africa.
