Ellen BUGGENHOUT is a member of the Dutch-speaking Order of Lawyers at the Brussels Bar (since 2020). She is part of the Corporate and Financial Law team at DALDEWOLF.

Ellen assists businesses in all stages of their existence, including the establishment and liquidation of companies, as well as drafting various contracts and documents (such as acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.). Additionally, she regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals. She has extensive experience in handling disputes, including conflicts related to B2B and B2C contracts. Furthermore, she is knowledgeable in co-ownership law, particularly condominium law and the liability of syndics.
