DALDEWOLF strengthens the team of its office in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with the arrival of a new Senior Associate lawyer in the person of Professor Daniel Djedi Djongambolo Ohonge.
Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Sankuru (DR Congo), Daniel is also a visiting professor at the University of Tshumbe (DR Congo) and, since 2013, lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Université de Montreal (Canada ), where he has also become, since 2018, an associate researcher at the Centre de Droit des Affaires et du Commerce International (CDACI). He has also taught as Associate Professor at the Faculté de Droit of the Université Catholique du Congo at the Faculté de Droit in Djibouti, where he practiced for 5 years as a consultant in business law for international groups and Djiboutian national institutions.
Daniel holds a postdoctoral degree in law from the Université de Montreal after completing his doctorate there. It was in France, at the Faculté de droit, de gestion et d’économie of the Université d’Orléans, that he obtained his law degree and his Master 2 in business law and taxation.
He is the author of numerous books and academic articles, including, in 2021, a « Précis de droit commercial congolais à la lumière du droit Ohada » published by the Éditions Universitaires Européennes.
For Romain Battajon, in charge of the DALDEWOLF office in Kinshasa: “Daniel’s brilliant and international profile is just like the DALDEWOLF firm. The arrival of Daniel in our team is an excellent opportunity, which will contribute to the strengthening and growth of our activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo and, also, in the OHADA area.”
Welcome to DALDEWOLF, Daniel!
