Voordat zij bij DALDEWOLF in dienst trad, werkte zij acht jaar in een team gespecialiseerd in Europees recht bij een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor in Luxemburg en adviseerde zij talrijke cli\u00ebnten in zowel de openbare als de particuliere sector. Haar multidisciplinaire ervaring omvat vele aspecten van het EU-recht, in het bijzonder internationale sancties in het kader van het buitenlands beleid van de Europese Unie, alsook staatssteun (met inbegrip van diensten van algemeen economisch belang) en ambtenarenrecht.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-8314 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220922-Wadii-150x150.png\" alt=\"Wadii Miftah\" width=\"99\" height=\"99\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220922-Wadii-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220922-Wadii-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/20220922-Wadii-600x600.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 99px) 100vw, 99px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wadii Miftah, <em>Junior associate<\/em><\/strong>, behaalde een LL.M in EU-recht aan de Universiteit van Luik en een Master in de rechten aan de Universiteit van Louvain-la-Neuve. Hij kwam bij DALDEWOLF na verschillende stages bij vooraanstaande advocatenkantoren alsook bij de mededingingsautoriteit.<\/p>\n<p>Het EU-team van DALDEWOLF biedt diensten aan op het gebied van de interne markt, audits en onderzoeken met betrekking tot de financi\u00eble belangen van de EU, gereglementeerde beroepen, gemeenschappelijk buitenlands en veiligheidsbeleid (inclusief sancties), Europese contracten, Europees en internationaal ambtenarenapparaat, met bijzondere aandacht voor de eerbiediging van de grondrechten.
