Zij was eerder actief als advocate binnen een kantoor, waar zij zich toelegde op kredietrecht, financi\u00eble regelgeving en insolventie.<\/p>\n<p>Zij behaalde een Master in de Rechten aan de KU Leuven (met focus op economisch recht) en volgde recent een gespecialiseerde opleiding Financieel Recht aan de UGent (<a href=\"https:\/\/gandaiusacademy.ugent.be\">Gandaius Academy<\/a>), met bijzondere aandacht voor privaatbankrecht. Haar academische parcours wordt aangevuld door een meertalige opleiding (FR\/EN) en een sterke beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.<\/p>\n<p>Mimoza vervoegt een ervaren en multidisciplinair team onder leiding van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/nl\/team\/gilles-laguesse\/\">Gilles Laguesse<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/nl\/team\/pierre-proesmans\/\">Pierre Proesmans<\/a>, dat bekendstaat om zijn technische expertise, pragmatische aanpak en sterke verankering in de bank- en financi\u00eble sector. Het team adviseert Belgische en Europese banken, financi\u00eble instellingen, vermogensbeheerders en fintechspelers over hun dagelijkse activiteiten en strategische projecten, en begeleidt hen in een brede waaier van materies, gaande van regelgeving en compliance tot krediet, betalingen en investeringen.
