Voordat zij bij DALDEWOLF in dienst trad, werkte mevrouw Tu bij verschillende advocatenkantoren in Shanghai en Brussel en als bedrijfsjurist.<\/p>\n<p>Mevrouw Tu heeft een uitgebreide expertise ontwikkeld in vennootschapsrecht, fusies en overnames, joint ventures, contracten en transacties waarbij Chinese en Belgische partijen betrokken zijn. Zij vertegenwoordigt ook Europese cli\u00ebnten voor arbitragecentra en behandelt geschillen waarbij Chinese partijen betrokken zijn.
