Deze samenwerking is van essentieel belang om de juiste rechtsinstrumenten toe te passen.<\/p>\n<p>De leden van de US Desk staan ook Belgische ondernemingen bij die actief zijn in Amerika, en steunen daarbij op een groot netwerk van advocatenkantoren in de betrokken steden, staten of provincies. Het kantoor heeft geen exclusieve relatie met enig Noord-Amerikaans advocatenkantoor en staat cli\u00ebnten derhalve uitsluitend bij op basis van hun belangen.
