Het assisteert en vertegenwoordigt de verschillende spelers in de sector in het kader van hun digitale en retailactiviteiten: sport- en paardenweddenschappen, virtuele spelen, casino&#8217;s, speelzalen, bingo&#8217;s, speelautomaten, enz.<\/p>\n<p>Op fiscaal gebied adviseren de advocaten de marktspelers over btw-aangelegenheden (btw-behandeling van activiteiten, implementatie van optimalisatiestructuren om de niet-recupereerbare btw-druk te beperken, enz.), regionale belastingen (belasting op kansspelen en weddenschappen en belasting op automatische amusementsmachines) en inkomstenbelastingen.\u00a0 Zij vertegenwoordigen hun ook in geschillen voor de belastingautoriteiten en de rechtbanken.<\/p>\n<p>Op het gebied van de reglementering staat het kantoor de marktspeler van de sector bij in de naleving van hun verplichtingen &#8211;
