kader van hun nationale en internationale activiteiten.<\/p>\n<p>De advocaten van het team houden zich onder meer bezig met ondernemings- en groepsherstructureringen, vruchtgebruik en blote eigendom, oprichtingen, fiscale verhuizingen, de fiscale gevolgen van <em>salary splits<\/em>, vastgoedtransacties, financi\u00eble transacties en de relatie tussen de bedrijfsleider en zijn onderneming.<\/p>\n<p>Ons team is actief in alle takken van de fiscaliteit, van personenbelasting tot lokale belastingen en vennootschapsbelasting.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt bijzondere aandacht besteed aan de btw-aspecten van de activiteiten en projecten van onze cli\u00ebnten, aangezien het kantoor op dit gebied een specifieke en grondige kennis heeft ontwikkeld.\u00a0 Boekhoudkundige kwesties, die van
