The law firm K Solutions & Partners was established in 2007 in Kigali by Adv. Eric N. Cyaga and Adv. Julien Kavaruganda after several years of practice at the Brussels Bar Association, both senior partners and their team cover banking and finance, investment funds, capital markets, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, privatization, real estate and construction, energy and natural resources, and infrastructure law, data protection law, to name a few.
