She previously worked as a lawyer in a law firm where she focused on credit law, financial regulation and insolvency.<\/p>\n<p>She holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven (with a focus on economic law) and recently completed a specialised programme in Financial Law at UGent (<a href=\"https:\/\/gandaiusacademy.ugent.be\">Gandaius Academy<\/a>), with a particular emphasis on private banking law. Her academic background is complemented by a multilingual education (FR\/EN) and a strong command of Dutch and English.<\/p>\n<p>Mimoza joins an experienced and multidisciplinary team led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/en\/team\/gilles-laguesse\/\">Gilles Laguesse<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daldewolf.com\/en\/team\/pierre-proesmans\/\">Pierre Proesmans<\/a>, recognised for its technical expertise, pragmatic approach and strong positioning within the banking and financial sector. The team advises Belgian and European banks, financial institutions, asset managers and fintech players on their day-to-day operations and strategic projects, covering a wide range of matters from regulatory and compliance issues to credit, payments and investments.
