For the first time, Xiufang (Ava) TU<\/strong><\/a>, Partner, has been ranked by Chambers in the Corporate\/M&A (International Firms) – China<\/em> category. <\/span>Senior Partner Patrick De Wolf<\/a><\/strong> marks his twentieth consecutive year of recognition, earning rankings in both\u00a0Corporate M&A<\/em> and in General Business Law \u2013 Democratic Republic of <\/em>Congo. Marc Dal<\/strong><\/a>, head of the litigation practice<\/a>, is again acknowledged among Belgium\u2019s leading arbitration practitioners. Patrick Van Leynseele<\/a><\/strong> is also reaffirmed in the category Dispute Resolution: Arbitration<\/em> for his expertise as a mediator.<\/p>\n

The Kinshasa office as a whole is commended for its “significant expertise in the DRC, with considerable knowledge of OHADA law. Its expertise also extends to project development and project financing in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors”. <\/em>Chambers further highlights that “the team further possesses experience in corporate transactional matters and regularly represents financial institutions, drawing on resources based in its Brussels office as needed<\/em>“<\/span>.<\/p>\n
