On July 13, 2012, the Democratic Republic of the Congo joined this treaty.<\/p>\n<p>The Treaty enabled the creation of institutions that serve as the pillars of<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>OHADA<\/span><\/a>: the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA), based in Abidjan; the Permanent Secretariat, the Council of Ministers, and the training school (ERUSMA).
