The subject of the judicial reorganization procedure (JRP) has been constantly enriched by legislation and court decisions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some companies would be well advised to think about the JRP when they are going through, as they are today, difficulties linked to the increase of suppliers’ or energy costs.<\/p>\n

In addition, the end of the bankruptcy moratorium has led to a resurgence of bankruptcy filings, which could be avoided with a JRP, if done in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

The presentation will provide an opportunity to review the applicable principles and to discuss, in a practical manner, the latest developments in JRPs (including the pre-pack).<\/p>\n
