Une opportunit\u00e9 de faire le point sur une transformation qui soul\u00e8ve des d\u00e9fis complexes, car il ne s\u2019agit pas simplement d\u2019un changement de structure juridique, mais \u00e9galement d’une r\u00e9vision en profondeur des m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance et de gestion de ces entit\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n
