Inès Vermeiren is a member of the Brussels Bar (2018). She is an associate at DALDEWOLF. She is a member of the Corporate and Financial Law team.

Inès is active in the drafting of company constitutions (articles of association and shareholders’ agreements), in the negotiation and drafting of transfer agreements as well as in corporate restructuring and liquidation matters.  His practice encompasses both advisory and litigation work.
