DALDEWOLF's lawyers in this team are experts in European law, competition, regulatory and sector regulation.
We handle competition law cases, in both Belgian and European law (disputes before the authorities and the courts). We assist clients facing antitrust, merger control proceedings, state aid issues, audits and draw up tailormade compliance programs. Our team also has a wide experience in European and international civil service law.
Our European law, competition, distribution and market practice team is led by Thierry Bontinck, Carole Maczkovics, Pierre Goffinet, assisted by Laure Bersou, Anais Guillerme, Thaïs Payan, Lynn Waem, Roman Spangenberg and Mediona Shehu.
