Food Law Seminar | Food Crisis – How to React? | 17.09.2019

On September 17, the first seminar of the Food Law Department of DALDEWOLF entitled "Food Crisis - How to React? Legal Issues and Beyond" took place. Raymond O'ROURKE, vice-chair of the management board of the EFSA, did us the honour of chairing this day. Aude MAHY, partner Food Law, was for the occasion surrounded Patrick VAN LEYNSEELE, partner Alternative Dispute Resolution, Business Law en Contracts, and Pierre GOFFINET, partner Competition Law. Benoît VANDENBROUCKE, Regional Head of Office MARCH Belux, and Erik LENAERS, partner at Weber Shandwick, Brussels, also took the floor to share with us their respective expertise and experiences. The afternoon was dedicated to a crisis  simulation training prepared and supervised by Julie STRYPSTEIN, Senior advisor in FOOD SECURITY to whom the journalist Jean-Marie VANDENDORPE lent a hand, all of this in a studious but relaxed atmosphere.
