Topics ranging from taxation to real estate, including State aid or trade secrets, but also the new Companies and Associations Code (CSA). The CSA entered into force on May 1, 2019 and will be the first topic discussed during these conferences, to which we know you are faithful. The transitional period set by the law adopting the CSA imposes a set of obligations which must be fulfilled between May 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023. These obligations will be presented by our partner Fabian TCHÉKÉMIAN
