Patrick De Wolf

Patrick De Wolf is the managing partner of the firm since 2015 and is active in corporate law and arbitration.

In corporate law, his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, litigation between shareholders and directors’ liability. He assists clients in their investments in Belgium or abroad, including in Africa.

Active in complex litigation, he assists his clients as counsel in national and international arbitration proceedings. He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator by various institutions (CEPANI, ICC, UNCITRAL, ...) and has several dozens of procedures under his belt.

He teaches corporate and commercial law at UCL, as a lecturer and is the author of numerous articles and contributions in the field of business law.

Patrick De Wolf is a member of CRIDES (UCL), CEPANI (http://www.cepani.be/), president of the Belgian Club of OHADA (Organization for Harmonization of Business Law in Africa), director of the Chamber of Commerce ACP/CBL, president of the "Jean Bastin Science Fund", director of ICC Belgium (http://www.iccbelgium.be/) and director of Search for Common Ground (https://www.sfcg.org/). 

He was a member of the Brussels Bar Direction Committee from 2010 to 2013.
