Frédéric Veldekens

Member of the Brussels Bar since 1973, Frédéric Veldekens holds a Doctorate in Law from the Catholic University of Louvain at Louvain-la-Neuve.

He is a former Council of the Order of French-speaking section of the Brussels Bar. He is regularly appointed as arbitrator.

As senior partner at DALDEWOLF, Frédéric Veldekens developed specific skills in wills and estates and in family law. As leader of our estates and family law team, he advises and assists clients in all aspects of this area, such as estate planning, marital difficulties (separation and divorce) and protective measures for adults facing difficulties, including on an international level.
