Fabian Tchékémian

Member of the Brussels Bar since 2000, Fabian Tchékémian obtained his law degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2000.

He specializes in Corporate law, a branch of law he taught at the UCL - Mons (Université Catholique Louvain - Mons) from 2010 to 2013.

Fabian is both a litigator and advises on non-contentious matters and has acquired a broad experience in legal proceedings, in particular in conflicts between shareholders and/or managers. He regularly intervenes in international arbitration and is an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters.

Fabian often travels to Africa, in particular to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Fabian has a valuable background on contract negotiation in the DRC laws and on negotiating indemnifications with the DRC government. He has also assisted NPOs in private-public partnerships for wildlife preservation. Fabian frequently advices on OHADA law.
