Laure Bersou joined DALDEWOLF in April 2018 and is a member of the European law, competition and distribution practice team. She advises clients on a number of EU law issues, with a particular focus on competition law matters.
Prior to joining DALDEWOLF, Laure was an associate in the EU & Competition law department of law firms in Brussels. She has advised clients across a range of regulated sectors, including energy and financial services. Laure has experience in advising clients on restrictive agreement, abuses of dominance and State aid cases before the national and the EU authorities.
Before her admission to the Brussels Bar, Laure worked at the European Court of Justice and the European Commission.
Laure obtained a LL.M. in EU law with magna cum laude from the Institute for European Studies (Université Libre de Bruxelles – Brussels) in 2008 and a LL.M. in European Legal Studies with cum laude from the College of Europe (Bruges) in 2009.
She is part of our European law, competition and distribution team.
